Then how come when I go to my mate's site where is connected to the same ISP (Telstra Bigpond Cable) and do a tracert from there, there is no 10.x.x.x showing up?

Hmm, I recon it must be aliens or Bill Gates - he is after all, the source of 90% of computing problems
