Sounds like a good idea on face value, but ISP shouldn't have to be the internet police. That's like asking the road builder and maintainers to find the speeders. Piracy IS a problem, but ISP acting as "the police" shouldn't be the solution. |

| I guess (using Sweden's thinking) if you get a virus it's the ISPs responsibility or if your kids see any porn it's the ISPs fault???
ISPs better fight this or they'll be opening themselves too lots of lawsuits.
