Now, to the facts....... dropping a TCP connection sends you back to the starting point of a download, and makes you have to re-download your file, which is the same thing that takes place if I reset your modem. And don't even get me started on the fact that they're actually impersonating you, and sending false messages to the server, and actually altering the server-client communications........... |

I have found and filed evidence with the FCC that Sandvine's own instructions tell ISPs to allow less than one uploading TCP connection (which would be zero, or one but only on a part-time basis).
