Re: Losing connection in Toronto

A no green blinking light relates to a sync problem. You need to contact our support so they can dispatch a tech or try to resolve it without dispatching one. (Support: 1-866-9VELCOM).

You need a solid green sync light to even connect to us.

Without that it's useless.

The problems people state could be associated with some upgrades we did recently. From what our engineers told us the problem has been rectified. In us rectifying this problem will still not fix your problem. Your problem relates with your modem not syncing with Bells side. It needs to establish a connect with Bell before it will authenticate with us.

If you have sync, to start you can try powering off your modem for a minute then re-starting it. May may fix the problem. If not please contact our support to ecalate the issue.

It fine now I had to reset my name and password in Speedtouch. Don't know how it lost that info since i logged off this morning. Apologies if this was on my end. This has been a little frustrating.
