  imrf Premium join:2002-06-06 Utica, MI | In the audio options of the DVR is it set for Dolby Digital? And what channels are you watching that don't have DD? Not all channels have DD, many are still 2 channel stereo. Most HD channels are DD, just depends on the show, sometimes. |

| Whenever I set it to Dolby Digital , no audio comes out of the speakers. I try watching something on discovery hd, which I assume has DD. I also set the hdmi input on the receiver to force DD, but it hasn't worked.
If it is set to DD and the content is stereo, will it automatically output as stereo or does the audio mode need to be changed?
I don't think it matters too much, oh well, |
