<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/205132"><b>Nightstick</b></A> : What amazes me is that ANYBODY still believes that Wireless Philadelphia will be a success.<br><br>Most people in the city aren't even aware of it. Plus, the 80% coverage rate is a FARCE.  Coverage isn't defined by shaded areas on a map; coverage means REAL USERS who can actually access the system within a defined area.<br><br>Yet curiously, broadbandreports.com consistently posts articles trumping up Wireless Philadelphia as if it's some emerging success story.  <br><br>Wireless Philadelphia is on life support.  The only "success" it created was for a few connected contractors and consultants who had friends in city government.]]></description>
