you might try this and see what you get (in a Command Prompt):
Look at the Interface Statistics - Errors - should be 0.
in TCP Statistics - Segments Retransmitted should be 1% of Segments Sent.
Look for anything else that look odd from what you see in the sample.

netstat -e -s
