derSchweiz : Do you think the Shaw backbone even have 2Mbps available? I have extreme-I in addition to my Metrobridge connection and on my Extreme-I, I could barely get 750-800Kbps upstream. Doesn't this suggest that theres not enough upload on their system?

I'm a big fan of Shaw but I haven't been impressed in the way they're trying to win over customers from a technical perspective.

This makes me think that 10/10 connectivity is still a very long way off. Even if Shaw provides it at some point in the future, I could easy see them charge a great deal of money for this service (based on what I'm seeing here).
