I am hoping that someone could help me here or at least tell me if I need to call bellsouth or DLink.
I recently installed the D-655 and am happy with it but my wife is experiencing problems when she uploads pictures. The log from the router is below:

Basically, it seems as if the connection keeps dropping and I believe it only is happening when she uploads the pictures.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

Hollywood, FL | I had a similar problem with file uploading when I first got the DIR-655. Updating the firmware to 1.11 and changing the QoS Engine upload speed settings fixed the problem. I'm not sure if that will work for you, but it's worth trying. |

Thank you so much for the response. I disabled traffic shaping under QoS and everything is working great now!
