[Brighthouse] Earthlink (Brighthouse) Blocking Inbound Ipsec?

I have Earthlink Cable (riding on Brighthouse) and have been pulling the remaining hair out of my head trying to setup a Linksys IPsec VPN into my house. DyDNS says that it maintains a connection with my router, substituting my current IP address for the DyDNS address doesn't help.

I've tried both Linksys and Greenbow's VPN client and neither can see the unit to begin the negotiation protocol. Outbound IPsec connections work fine.

I was wondering whether Earthlink is doing anything to block the connection and any simple tests I can run.
