so i had a tech come out cause my upload power was 55, so he checked the box thats between me and my neighbor and said he would put in a ticket and a field tech or line tech would come out, but they still haven't or i haven't seen a difference in my logs, so about how long should i wait, it will be a week in about two days give or take? |

| I'd go ahead and call charter and see if there is a work order on your account. Might not be in their system. Alot of them are held locally and it won't show at 888-get-charter, but it could.
Otherwise,.. give them about 2 weeks.. Then go find someone local and give them a reminder.
Sometimes (often) they are backed up,.. what you need done is probably fairly simple,.. and sometimes they just forget or it isn't marked properly. So , again, I'd say 2 weeks is enough time before you remind them.
