I've had to call on the Support team a few times like every Newby and have always been treated fairly and politely.
I do have a problem with speed averaging 2 instead of the unatainable 5 so before I sign up for even faster speeds like the upcoming 7, I'll wait for them or any other company to deliver on the goods. When you say 5, mean 5.
