<description><![CDATA[tcstone posted : I've called tech support maybe 3 times in the past year (even less in previous years) and I've always quickly gotten a real person on the phone who speaks excellent English and can diagnose problems well. They also respond to email tech support requests.<br><br>Outages are rare and brief when they occur.<br><br>-Casey]]></description>
