I understand that this isn't a big deal and that it will cause flaming, but I really do see uploads go faster then downloads, and honestly this isn't only on file transfers, but all speed tests show the exact same thing!

Its just something I was trying to figure out. These companies pay for their bandwidth just like you do and I don't care who you are downloading from you aren't downloading at 21.57. Nor is it at 20.

I know I modified a reg file that worked wonders for me, but thats one of the few files I didnt have backed up from my old HDD so now I dont know what I did.
So far, it doesn't matter if I change my rwin from 64240 to 1606000. The download doesnt budge.
