If the government truly wants to stop spam they need to take out the companies paying people like him. But they don't. DING DING DING!!!!!! WE HAVE A WINNAR!!!!!!! Just like illegal aliens. Sending them back does nothing. Start putting fines on the companies that hire them and see how fast they stop coming here.
