Re: messed up my first bill
just got off the phone with them. got a one time credit of 4.99 x 24 = 119.76 since he said he couldn't change my package price. so my bill will still be 104.99 + 2 boxes.
i still have to pay the install/rewire one jack charge of 95.00 bucks  he put in a claim for them to investigate it. they will let me know in 3 months the out come told him i was planing on refusing to pay it. he said i had too. i also told him i wasn't happy about the 3 month deal since i would be locked into contract in 7 days for two years. i'm going to be really pissed if i get stuck paying for it.
