Comcast...

can't wait for comcast to start running tv commercials mocking this saying "Our Fiber network doesn't use satalites... therefore you dont have to worry about your rocket buring... *fake laugh* yeah we're better"

I don't get your point. That is the source of EVERYONE's programming. I don't think the public or anyone else is in denial about that.

It's not like everyone has a direct fiber or coax link directly to HBO and other pay channels.

The only programming not received over satellite by providers are local stations.

People knew pay channels came over satellite years ago, when people started installing those big dishes at home to receive pay cable channels for free. Until the sat companies got on the ball and encrypted it and charged fees.
