Here in Lexington my I was paying $44.95 per month but when I heard continuous advertising about their $30 per month special I got really mad and called Insight thinking they should take care of their existing customers as well.
At the time I had basic cable and the rep told me that if I would upgrade to the next level I could get the $30 promotional rate.
That was over 2 years ago. The second year I got a letter saying I'd continue to get the service for $30 per month.
After the second year I got a letter saying the rates would increase to $35 per month which is what I'm currently paying. |
