I doubt there is really anything you can do about this other than possibly being switched to another pair to see if that improves the situation or not. |

how do you get switched to another pair? You'd have to first get the repair people out there and have them fail to solve the problem on your existing pair. Then either they or you would suggest a pair swap.
It's not something they are just going to do, not without trying other things first.
No guarantee there is even a spare pair available, or if there is one, it's any better than the one you have. |
