Acanac Inc : The reason is that your IT department is blocking that specific port. You can try port 2095, but I strongly drought this will help. Please beware this is not a secure port.
anon : For the e-mail part of your question, I used to be able to check my e-mail via the web from work until last week. Since last week I get the following error when I access the page from work:

Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests. (12204)

I can still check webmail from home, so I just assumed that it's my office computer or firewall that is using a non-standard port for the SSL request. I further assumed that there's nothing I can do about it since my IT dept. will not change anything so I can access personal mail.

For your speed question that's got to be the most common question on this forum. I'll let Acanac handle that one.

anon : I just wanted to know why I cannot access my webmail if I'm checking my e-mail from another computer? (i.e. at work) As for my Outlook (Pop 3 mail), it works awesome--way better than before. The server is definitely better!

I had another question in regards to my speed. I also find at times it's slow. Am I able to get a quicker speed, close to 5MB's?

Thanks,
Jimmy
