Interesting Start

It's an interesting idea and the way ISPs plan on doing it allows them to steer clear of any allegations that they are "spying" on customers. All that happens is that content makers tell the ISPs who are downloading pirated content (information they get from looking at download queues for copyrighted material) and then ISPs take action. I mean it's a good way to go about it. P2P does take a toll on networks, especially small ISPs and ISPs that provide service to rural areas.
