My TV signal is fine but my internet has been down since yesterday morning, the first day of the transition. It's still not up tonight. I'm borrowing bandwidth from someone's unsecure wireless - probably FIOS or DSL. Anyhow, when I called they didn't have my MAC address carried over in their computer and said there was a system outage in my area. I called again and was told this was an issue with the handoff and "Wave gave us a bunch of problems." It's called due diligence, Comcast. Do it before taking stuff over and messing it up for the rest of us. Wave worked fine, but you step in and now I got nothing. Bad way to start our business relationship. Now where did I put those FIOS flyers?

jhrvta join:2000-04-16 Ventura, CA	Hi, We had some problems up here in Ventura, too. It might take them a few days to figure this out... but that is not an excuse. If you live in FiOS land, I would say go for it. It is worth it. You can get the "wet dream" of internet access. PS: We are now Charter, not Comcast. PPS: My analog signal has sucked for two years, at least. The "digital cable" channels are way over compressed. Come on guys, you can do better than this!
