I have no interest in broadband by DMV. There is good reason Congressional approval is in the teens, they're 'tards. The DMV is state run, not federal.
The feds can do things right is properly motivated. Look at the military technology. |

To see a textbook case of gov't screwing up, just watch what the policy makers do once they have the technology.
Whether, State, Federal, county, city, it's all a mess, all are corrupt, all are inept and wasteful.
The business of gov't is to grow in scope and power. Just look at our economy. What is one of the few industries where massive hiring has been taking place. Gov't. That is wrong on every level. Gov't thrives while taxpayers continue to suffer.
