kudos:1 | You may have, but the majority (and don't kid yourself, the majority matters in marketing) didn't even know what upload meant 10 years ago. In fact, I'm willing to lay odds that a majority of people today truly don't have a concept of what upload means. Do not confuse the typical ISP customer (the ones that ISPs want as their customers) for the types that hang out in forums like this. |
