Here's what I found out, but not from Tier 2. I just couldn't wait any longer. They seem to be overloaded. I waited for over an hour.

ATT/Yahoo has been upgrading their servers to try to prevent all the spam we've been getting. Now, whether the lack thereof means it's working or something else, I can't tell you.

My problem with my own email was caused by a dumb user: ME. Somehow I managed to add myself to my blocked address list! That's what happens when you get tons of spam a day, I guess.
