A "Muppet" cuts part of the network and its Bulldogs fault...

For the money companies pay for SDSL services, we would expect Bulldog (Tiscali) to have a diverse network - but apparently not.
Didnt you check before you signed? If you didnt then wouldnt that be your fault?
