<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : Part of the Bulldog London network (certainly SDSL) has been unavailable since Wednesday 13th in mid-afternoon.<br>It appears some road digger Muppet chopped the Mayfair, Soho, Cov Gdn, Downing Street fibre optic, then filled the hole in with wet concrete - which has now set, so can be dug up we are told. <br>Expected time to fix we hear is anytime soon.  We were told that at 9am, now it 2pm and the same old story.<br><br>For the money companies pay for SDSL services, we would expect Bulldog (Tiscali) to have a diverse network - but apparently not.  ]]></description>
