Ok, I finally was able to get my modem stats (removed my router & re-initialized my modem)
Here is a screenshot of my desktop, showing my:

Can you please confirm the modem stats are typical?
I will terminate HPTLBXFX.exe after receiving confirmation & post a screenshot, redownloading the same file (And yes, I will clear the cache first)
(Also, please note the download speed from Microsoft fluctuated between 800 - 650kB/s) |
