CallVantage Outage?

I have 2 CallVantage accounts and both have no dialtone. One account uses a Centillium TA, the other uses a DVG-5102SIs anyone else experiencing problems? I am on hold with AT&T now (wait time 20 - 25 minutes). I am in New City, NY (Suburb of NYC). Thanks, Steve

Same problem...in VA and no service. Also, can't access the callvantage.att website to check for info. Thinking they're having problems.

I have dialtone, but can't make or receive calls. I am using the softphone. I can also access the callvantage website with no problems.

Same here in Downers Grove, IL

Hopefully they get it working soon. Although, I must say I don't even remember the last time I had an outage on Callvantage.

The customer service line is saying "you will receive assistance in 30 or more minutes".

I was finally just able to log into the web site...it said I'd had a power outage and asked me to confirm my E911 address. And I was able to turn on the Locate Me feature...however, it appears this isn't working. I did a test call, and it did not ring through to my cell phone. Voice mail picked up and I left a test message, but so far no email notification and it's not showing up on the web site. Wonder if we'll get our voice mail later once it's fixed?

Also down in South Florida. Both softphone and ATA line. Earlier this morning I noticed the call log and directory features were greyed out on the softphone but voice was fine.

I'm in West Palm Beach, FL and have no service either...rebooted the Dlink... I get a red blinking light...no dial tone...no incoming or outgoing.

I'm out as well and I use a DVG-1120M. Let us know what you find out.'

PS: I can still reach the website though.

I spoke with CV support and was told there was a "huge outage". At 11am EDT she said they had not diagnosed the problem yet.

I had to deactivate locate me because calls went to my cellphone but immediately flipped to its voicemail after a half ring. Calls now ring my cellphone via the safe forward number and I can get incoming calls.

Let me add my name to the list.

My service has been perfect until a couple of days ago. With Locate me on when people called my house they couldn't hear me talk. Turned Locate me off, and everything was fine.

This morning I can't get dialtone just like you all.

My service just came back online 11:40 est after being down a little over an hour.
