Late 2004-mid 2005 was a relatively rough patch for ATT--I think they had a significant (but not system-wide) outage on, of all days, Thanksgiving 2004. (I wasn't home but remember the discussion on the forum, because that's the WORST day to have an outage...) I think it was one day in mid-late 2006 that CV had a complete meltdown for a few hours in the mid-afternoon. No customers had dialtone, calls to control-by-phone didn't connect, don't recall how the website was at that time.

On the bright side, this kind of event is extremely rare for CallVantage. As far as I'm concerned, this counts as the second one since I activated my line in Oct 2004. (I don't count Thanksgiving 2004, because I wasn't home. :) )
