According to "Highlights of Windows XP SP3" it looks to include IE7 & WMP11 along with other stuff.

Does the current MS EULA still permit end user choice?

Does the current MS EULA still permit end user choice?
You're free to not install it, and run any programs on your system as you see fit, as long as they don't attempt to reveal Microsoft's trade secret(s).
