An owner of a copyrighted work (that you are sharing with BitTorrent, apparently) has notified Comcast of your actions and requested information about you. Comcast won't divulge your personal information without a subpoena (unlike certain telcos that go unnamed), but they will pass on the notice to you. You might want to knock it off.
Comcast-instigated TOS notices are generally about quantity of bandwidth consumption, not the content itself.
