I can't verify this but I've got a source that says 25 meg cable is on it's way in the next two months and then every quarter this year the tiers will continue to rise to 100 / 100 Symmetrical.
Take this how you will, personally after being told I'm not holding my breathe but who knows wait and see I guess 
I was told by Q4 Comcast will be offering 100MB symmetrical for an unknown price at this time.
