I do not know the technical term for it, but basically your profile needs to be reset. I, and others here have had the same thing happen. Actually, it isn't any "biggie" just something in the system that needs to be reset, and often is not. Basic tech support folks are no help on this.

You should IM Mr. Fixit, and he should be able to help you.
