Point Pleasant Beach, NJ | Nope, it changed immediately. Unplug your box for 30 seconds to reset it and see if the time is correct when you turn it back on again. If that doesn't work, call your local office. |

Same thing here on DCT-700 and DCT-3416 boxes, even after unplugging for 30 minutes. Parameters on first diagnostics screen still show start/end DST times for last year.
Two DCT-2000's did update a few days after DST started.
No biggie, DVR still records correct programs, and I don't call them on something like this as they usually end up doing more collateral damage trying to fix it. |
