Had to dump all the mail that was in my "outbox" that had accumulated for one reason or another.

Get the same error message. None of the mail seems to be leaving (not in outlook express "sent" box. Tried to use the "unlock@charter.net ect." but still can't send....and couldn't send to "unblock@..." Same error. It's like they blocked my whole system....
Need more advice and info please on this error....

Have been times when Yahoo and Charter haven't gotten along before though. It just happens, I guess.
