It screwed up some large corporate IT applications and they backed off. To return to normal, try changing DNS settings from "automatically detect" to some other trusted provider's DNS. See »www.dnsserverlist.org/ for a list of major ISP and root DNS addresses. Of course you could open a ticket with VZW and tell them that you have filtering and security applications that need the industry error messages to run properly. -- Mayors of New York come from nowhere and go nowhere.
