Hm, good point- FiOS works the same as cable, but U-Verse is true IPTV and I suppose should be considered a data service (no matter how much one hates "the new" at&t) |

| Well, if you're declaring VoIP, which is intended to provide phone-type service, to be not phone, then it seems like a precedent is set to exclude IPTV from cable regulation... though cable regulation and phone regulation are two very different animals. |
