It started yesterday (Friday) about lunchtime or so, I'm getting very intermittent connectivity and HUGE packet loss through Tiscali's routers.  Tracerouting to the BBC shows big problems from about pos0-0.sfd0.as9105.net (hop 6) to pos3-0.lon10.as9105.net (hop 12).]]></description>
