Stouffville - right in town.
Though not as drastic reduction in throughput as others, still a reduction. NNTP tranfser has gone from 4.2Mbps to 3.3Mbps (21% reduction in throughput). |

No P2P download throttling till now. P2P upload is limited to 30KB/s (non-encrypted connections). Problems with VOIP.

Can any body confirm if VPN connections is being throttled too? I used VPN gateway before to bypass Cogeco throttling. |

I am in the East end Of Mississauga and I can not get over 60kb/s on torrents anymore. Not even the ones that I knew for a fact where at 300+ kb/s before.
Been like this for about a month now.
So any ideas as to what ISP we need to switch to now?
I am taking suggestions.
F*ck customer Service, if I am going to be throttled for the sh*t I pay for.
Wanna throttle me, lower the damned price, to match the lower quality service. |

Surprisingly, I am not being throttled in Hamilton, ON.
I'll try again with a larger file.

Yup, no throttling here. Achieved maximum download rate of 506.1 kB/s within a couple minutes. I should consider myself lucky? |

Was fine yesterday up/down at max speeds at same time as now (7:30pm).
Now about 26KB down/26KB up (not even 30KB). I am attempting to download a torrent with over 400 seeders (and only 40 leechers) as a test!!! Normally I'd be pegged at 500KB/s plus. 27KB/s is pathetic! 
The only positive note is I won't go over my bandwidth (I was getting close and had to slow down the UP to 25KB anyway to avoid going over)
