1 edit | reply to WCKD420 Up and running in Lower Bucks this morning. Quality looks ok I guess, but haven't really looked at them yet.
Give us a break, we just broke 30 HD channels. Our lineup is now only funny, and not hysterical in how far behind the rest of the nation we are. |

@comcast.net | reply to WCKD420 I think we only have 28 HD channels with the 4 premiums in northeastern PA. So I say we can use Animal, History, CNN and AMC to give us a decent lineup. |

| We have 30 HD's in Reading.
Animal Planet HD, History HD, and Discovery HD theater share a QAM frequency from Hits Quantum AMC18. I don't see it being 'too difficult' to at least get History HD and Animal Planet HD in our area, since we already have Discovery HD Theater, and they all share a QAM. |

@comcast.net | reply to WCKD420 I only see 28 with the 4 premiums 228 and 238 are HDonDemand on the Pottsville lineup. Its Weird how they slip those in there. Is it a deceptive technique? |

| reply to WCKD420 Comcast is definetly falling away from what was a much more standardized HD lineup a year ago(200 is local RSN, 202/203 ESPN's, etc) Some systems are putting HDs on the 190s, others are fitting them in the 210s/220s between premiums. AMCHD just went between 2 local HDs! And some cities have them in the 700/800 range of cable box channel mappings.
This mornings additions brought us up to 31 in greater Philly. Really only missing USA,SciFi,USA. Of course by now ABC family/Disney are going to start to trickle out to the rest of the nation. |

| reply to WCKD420 Same line up as Philly except instead of 222 USA, 224 Discovery, and 226 Sci-Fi. We have 217 History, 221 CNN, 230 Animal Planet, and 238 AMC.
Also, looks like you have MHD on 229 and we have it on 209. -- He who lives the longest will know the most. |

| said by JamesDax :Also, looks like you have MHD on 229 and we have it on 209. Yeah I never understood that. They need someone in corporate to create a standard digital lineup and enforce it in each region. Maybe it was a typo, because the 2 on the number pad is right over the 0. Get it 209 - 229 ? So perhaps that's all it was and they kept it that way! |

| I have the exact same lineup as wckd420, 31 total.
Although now we have THREE empty 6mhz slots!!! And 1 encypted HD channel I cannot figure out, and have located all 31.
Guess i'm stuck waiting for them to do some more shuffling so that everyone in Philly gets the same channels at the same freakin' time. |
