iamdak @comcast.net	The TCP settings in windows for both PCs are the standard Obtain IP and DNS automatically. Is there something more specific I can dig up? (and I rebooted and reset everything several times )

iamdak @comcast.net	Using the suggested app I put the RWIN to 300,000. The speed tests still come out to 8500 avg. I'll try it again though on my desktop!

iamdak @comcast.net	I am rebooting after each tweak and I am getting 8500'ish down consistently on pretty much every speed test I've tried. My up is a consistent 3000 which is fantastic tho
