I live in Villa Grove, IL and I am having the exact same internet problems you are having. Before I could consistently get over 900kbs but now I am lucky to get 500-600kbps when it is working properly. I have been timing out more and more lately and the internet is almost unusable during the weekend.
I am considering switching to Verizon DSL if things do not get better soon. I believe they only offer about half the download speed I should be getting now but it would be worth the loss to have a reliable connection. |
