Anon | STAY AWAY FROM PSN.net I cannot advise anyone to go with PSN.net. They are awful, customer support is bad, service is bad, and they are all too happy to grab your money before anything is working. I have telocity at home and I am very happy with them, too bad they dont do businesses yet since I would have jumped on them.
They billed me before the servie was even running and I have been billed for 3 months now and the service is still not running at the full speed. I have called at least 5 times, emailed at least 10 and I get no response. This is just unacceptable so I finally sent out one last email that was CC: to the BBB in arizona and I will see what happens. |
