As it turns out, the whole pump is bad and will have to be pulled out (200' down in the well).<br>Tried to order one from Sears, which cancelled my order the following day and didn't advise me that they had done so.<br>Finally found a pump at Patterson Supply today. Gonna' pull 200' of pipe and the pump tomorrow and replace it with what I bought today for $800. Big job ahead!]]></description>

Need a 17.5uF motor run capacitor (trying the simple things first) and possibly a whole new submersible pump.<br><br>Tried calling Sid Harvey's, Asco, etc. No one seems to be open today. Water pressure is zero in the house, so rather urgent I find parts to eliminate controller as trouble cause.]]></description>
