So they are a monopoly because they are the only provider that chooses to serve your area? Maybe you should be thankful? Do you have wireless options? DSL?
Monopolies are illegal. Charter is not a monopoly. Just because they may not have competition in your town does not make them the monopoly. I base my judgment on a few things. Speed, latency, uptime, and price. I'm in MI too and find Charter to be one of the best options ..and I have numerous options where I am. |
