Did you cancel using the cancel.1and1.com website? With 1&1 canceling by any other means, even through phone support, is simply asking for trouble.

Tampa, FL		 I canceled using phone support. Got a confirmation number, wrote it down, saved together with the rest of the paperwork.

Didn't make any difference, of course.
