Start > Control Panel > Classic View > Problem Reports and Solutions > View problem history
Then, can you right-click a "DEP error" and select "View problem details".
What information is given particularly the "Fault Module Name" and "Fault Module Version"?
BTW, when did this problem start and did it coincide with any change to the system such as installing new software? |
