fucking bell assholes, it looks like throttling has finally been implemented in my area, experienced it for the first time tonight, tested it out with an ubuntu torrent which was stuck at 60, jumped immediately into the 300s at 2:02am

I suggest you register an account here on the forum, and contact Deadpool . He works for Bell and has been helping people (including myself) with non-P2P apps that are being affected by throttling.

The main idea behind the yellow was to make it easier to distinguish between TSI and "Others". By making everyone blue/green, we won't be able to differentiate between TSI and Others.

That's a little hard to see the differnce when they're clumped. Maybe you should make the non-Teksavvy ones Green and Blue without the dot so it's easy to see by the colours what's throttled regardless of ISP.

There's not that many yellow ones yet so it's an quick change to make.

can someone mark down kingston ontario as being throttled now to as i tried to figure out how to but could not.
Also one question have ng's now been throttled too as my speeds have dropped from 600 kb/s plus to just under 180 kb/s. i use a paid ng.
I'm also having time outs on webpages throughout the day(never use to until throttling started).
ps not sure why my isp still shows up as cogeco as i left them along time ago

I have been with TekSavvy for 2 months .. was never throttled up until now.

Starting today March 24th, 2008 at about 5 PM throttled to 30 KBps. This is not good ....
I agree with this statement. I am in Petawawa and, today, my connection was throttled back starting at 1600 hrs. As I mentioned on my map peg, my NEXXIA account is still going strong.

Why does TekSavvy say they are not throttling when I am convinced based on playing with my torrents (pausing etc..) they are definetely throttling at 30KBps.

I thought the word of Rocky was good...
