So why would it be checking every 10 minutes or so?<br><br>Yes, I also find that BOC4UPD.exe is used when I choose the manual update option. The reason that I mentioned that the automatic updater might use a different .exe is because, avast! Home uses (avast.setup) to update. When in auto. mode it would have a different parent path .exe than when updating manually. Made me think that maybe BOClean was using a similar way.]]></description>

Both times BOC4UPD.exe called out on port 1856 to 74.52.200.146 on port 21 (92.c8.344a.static.theplanet.com).  I haven't checked in a long time but as I recall BOClean uses a server at theplanet.com for updates.  Results were checked in zone alarm and TCPView.  Nothing seems out of order here.]]></description>

According to the firewall, boc425.exe keeps making outgoing access connections every 6-7 minutes or so. The port given seems to be in the 58500 range. <br><br>Anyone know why this is or is it just regular network activity?]]></description>
